About Me
Thanks for hopping over to get to know me a little more! Like I said, I am a wearer of many hats. I am a writer, speaker, executive director, personal trainer mom of three who loves Jesus down to her core.
Currently, I serve as the Executive Director for a family-focused ministry called No Heart Left Behind. I have been privileged to use my gifts to help empower families to thrive with the Word of God and the love of Christ through counseling, mentorship, and community programs.
I am a true, southern girl and my love for all things sports is only passed by my love for my friends and family. I am the wife of Cary and a loving mother to their three boys, Jack, Jacob, and Jude.
